ipool is a modern and appreciated SaaS service for Workforce Management that makes it easy for companies to manage staffing and communication – whether it involves permanent staff, temporary employees, or hired consultants. Everything is gathered in one system that saves time, creates overview, and simplifies everyday life for both staff and managers. Over 1,000 workplaces are already using ipool, and interest is growing rapidly – not least among staffing companies that want to work smarter and get closer to both customers and consultants.

Behind ipool is a dedicated team of eleven people who work closely together – with an office in central Stockholm and some possibility for hybrid work.

As a developer at ipool, you will be an important part of a dedicated team that drives the development of our own platform forward. You will work closely with both the technology and product teams and have great opportunities to influence technical solutions. The role is varied and includes, among other things, new development, improvement of existing functionality, and work with integrations to external systems. You will build and further develop the backend of our mobile and web-based platform, maintain integrations with partner systems, and work on performance optimization and quality assurance. You will be involved in the entire development process – from idea to production.

We believe that you have experience with agile working methods and appreciate working in a smaller team where everyone is involved in the entire development chain. If you also have experience from the retail or staffing industry, that is a big plus. However, the most important thing is that you are a team player who enjoys short decision-making paths, high engagement, and the ability to make a real impact – while also being self-driven and having the confidence required to work independently in a smaller team.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience from a similar developer role and are driven by the desire to further develop our platform together with colleagues in development, product, and business, creating real value for our users. You have an eye for building smart, user-friendly solutions with high quality and thrive in an environment where improvements are continuously tested and developed.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of .NET and C#, and who has experience in building and maintaining system integrations and APIs. You have a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, and are driven to create user-friendly products using smart technical solutions. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. If you also have experience with Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes, we see that as an extra plus.
